Meet the Team at Marianna's Fundraisers
Sean Albright has worked in accounting, information technology, and human resources for over 30 years. Currently, he holds the title of CFO for DelGrosso Foods and their other family-owned entities, including Marianna's Fundraisers. His educational experience consists of a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from Saint Francis University with a dual major in Organizational Leadership and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Saint Francis University. He has served as President of Marianna's Fundraisers since November 2014 and believes in employee empowerment and creating a teamwork atmosphere. Sean’s favorite Marianna's Hoagie is the Italian and his favorite Pizza is White.
Todd Hill joined Marianna's Fundraisers in 2014. Previously, he had held the positions of Director of Operations at Hoss’s Fresh Xpress and Plant Manager at Meadows Country Products. With 35 years of experience in the fresh food industry, he knows what it takes to provide customers with great, quality products and the service they expect. Todd says, “There’s a reason why our products sell themselves. From the quality of our ingredients to our outstanding customer service, Marianna's provides the best fundraising experience for our customers from start to finish”. Outside of work, he is involved with several volunteer organizations in the community. Todd’s favorite Marianna's Hoagie is the Smoked Ham & Cheddar (toasted) and his favorite Pizza is Cheese and adding garden fresh veggies.
Mark McCracken has been leading the Marianna's Fundraisers production team since June 2015. His background includes a bachelor's degree in Operations Management and over 10 years experience in food production and purchasing. He prides himself on the quality of products that are produced at Marianna’s, and says “The quality we produce is second-to-none because we go the extra mile to ensure our customers have the freshest products that money can buy." Mark's favorite Marianna's Hoagie the Traditional and his favorite Pizza is Pepperoni.
Aaron DeLay joined the Marianna’s Fundraisers team in January 2020. He has an extensive background in retail sales, management, administration, and operations. He is a graduate of Tyrone Area High School, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Finance through Liberty University. He is looking forward to using his experience and newly acquired knowledge to help lead the Marianna’s team into future growth. Aaron’s favorite Marianna’s Hoagie is the Traditional, and his favorite Pizza is Pepperoni.
Juls Bratton joined the Marianna’s Fundraisers Team in 2012 and is passionate about helping group raise money. She has 30+ years of experience in non-profit fundraising, as well as 25 years in sales and marketing. Outside of work she is very involved in her community. She sits on several community boards and is also President of Girls Night Out Altoona, Inc. Jul’s favorite Marianna’s Hoagie is Baked Ham & Swiss and her favorite Pizza is White.
Diane Harris joined the Marianna’s team in July of 2021. Diane has an Associate Degree in Business Administration with more than 30 years of experience in a variety of administrative roles. She comes to our team after having worked the last 10 years as an Executive Assistant at a local non-profit organization. Diane is also involved with the local Ladies Oriental Shrine organization. Diane’s favorite Marianna’s Hoagie is the Smoked Ham & Cheddar, and her favorite Pizza is the White Pizza.
John McCracken has over 50 years of experience with the DelGrosso Family of Companies. Growing up, he worked alongside his grandmother in the food stands at DelGrosso’s Amusement Park and in 1984 he joined the Marianna’s Staff. Over the years, his hands-on approach and commitment to quality have been key ingredients that have helped make Marianna’s Fundraisers Pennsylvania’s #1 Fresh Food Fundraiser. He takes great pride in the work that he does and helping all of those around him. John's favorite Marianna's Hoagie is Italian and his favorite Pizza is the White Pizza.
